Turmeric cauliflower flat bread

Cauliflower ‘bread’ is great if you are trying to boost your veggie intake/lose weight/generally take the load off your digestion. It was simple to make, tastes delicious, and means you can have a sandwich without the heaviness. I enjoyed mine with natural nut butter, sliced tomato and baby spinach – yum!

The recipe is from paleohacks site

2 cups raw riced cauliflower
4 eggs
1 cup almond meal
3 tspns turmeric powder
½ tspn sea salt

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients and combine well with a spoon.
Transfer mixture to the lined baking tray and evenly press it into a rectangle. Make sure the layer is about ½-centimeter thick.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until golden.
Once baked, cool completely and gently peel the parchment paper from the flatbread.
Slice flatbread into 8 pieces.
Store bread in a container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
