Bean mash

2 x 400g tin cannellini beans
1-2 cloves garlic
Dried herbs of your choice
Cold pressed olive oil

Fry up the chopped garlic until softened OR use pre-roasted garlic and mash up until soft
Gently warm in a pan, add dried herbs and beans. Some water may be necessary to avoid drying up
Once warmed through, use a potato masher and drizzle with oil before serving with some grilled fish/chicken or tofu/tempeh
