Turmeric cauliflower flat bread

Cauliflower ‘bread’ is great if you are trying to boost your veggie intake/lose weight/generally take the load off your digestion. It was simple to make, tastes delicious, and means you can have a sandwich without the heaviness. I enjoyed mine with natural nut butter, sliced tomato and baby spinach – yum!
