MYO trail mix

This is good for snacking, especially for kids at school as you can leave out the nuts, and choose the elements they love to eat.
Mix and match any of the following –

Sunflower seeds (raw, roasted, roasted with tamari)
Pumpkin seeds – as above
Almonds, macadamias, pecans, walnuts, pistachios (leave out if nut free)
Pretzels (contain gluten)
Dark chocolate chips
Goji berries (rich in protein and vitamin C)
Cacao nibs (magnesium and minerals)
Dried fruit – just a little for sweetness
Coconut flakes
Roasted chick peas/fava beans – do yourself or buy them ready roasted
Mini rice crackers
Banana chips
Veggie chips
