Lentil & veggie chilli

2 tins kidney beans
1 tin sweetcorn
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 onion – peel & cut into large chunks
2 zucchinis – diced
100g frozen broad beans
1 garlic clove – chopped
1 tspn each – cardomom & cinnamon
1 tbspn tamari sauce
1 tbspn chopped fresh basil
1 handful beansprouts
1 large tomato – chopped
1 spring onion – chopped

METHOD
Heat oven to 180, add all ingredients to a casserole dish (except the spring onion) and bake for 40 mins.
ALTERNATIVE – add all ingredients to slow cooker on low for the day.
Serve with brown rice and garnish with the spring onion.
