Healthy fruit crumble


2 large cooking apples – sliced
115g raspberries/frozen berries
3 tbspn water
4 tbspn maple syrup/honey
85g ground almonds
30g walnut pieces
85g rolled oats
55g spelt/buckwheat flour
85g butter

METHOD
Heat oven to 200
Put fruit, water & 2 tbspn syrup/honey into dish & stir up. Place in oven whilst making the crumble.
Add all remaining ingredients into a bowl, mix thoroughly until fine crumbs.
Spread the mix over the fruit.
Bake for 25 mins until topping is slightly brown and fruit juices are bubbling up from below.
