Electrolyte drink


This is a healthy alternative to the shop-bought, processed, chemical ridden electrolyte options. You can make in a blender, or just stir up in a jug.

-1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
-1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1 ½ to 2 cups fresh water, depending on how strong you want the flavor
-1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
-2 tablespoons natural sugar or honey, to taste

*try using coconut water, mineral water, lime juice, strawberries, or other berries. Add fresh mint for flavour.
