Pureed peas

220g frozen peas
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbspn chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbspn sunflower seeds
1 tbspn minced fresh herbs (mint, basil or
parsley)
Salt & pepper

Heat 1 tbspn broth in pan for few minutes, then add garlic & onion for 1 minute.
Add rest of broth, peas & herbs & cook for 3 mins.
Puree in blender with seeds, and season.
