2 cloves garlic – crushed
2 tspn grated ginger
4 tbspn fresh chopped coriander
Juice & zest 2 limes
500g tofu or chicken – in small chunks/cubes
Sesame oil for cooking
Mix all ingredients together (except for oil and tamari) and allow tofu or chicken to marinade in the sauce for a couple of hours or all day.
Heat a frying pan with the oil and fry the pieces until browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle with tamari sauce.
Serve with stir fried or steamed veggies & beansprouts.
