1 mango flesh – diced
400ml can coconut cream – only the firm creamy part (save other liquid for smoothies)
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tsp’s gelatine powder
100ml warm water
Blend mango and coconut cream – only the firm creamy part.
Dissolve the gelatine in the water, keeping it stirring to avoid clumping.
Add all ingredients and blend again.
Add raspberries to the bottom of each lolly mould, then pour in the liquid and freeze for at least 6 hours.
